Notes: One of the worse training days I have ever had. I came into today feeling great did log clean and press with a lot of ease. The very next thing I do is drop a 25 pound weight on my right foot, it hurt a lot but I finished the workout. I wasn't able to really do a whole lot after that, now I'm laying on the couch with my foot elevated on ice and hoping I'm able to lift by Saturday. My mom is making me stay home friday to go to the ER to make sure nothing is broken, it didn't hurt so bad during the workout but now that I'm just sitting here it hurts pretty bad and is really swollen. Right now I can't even put a shoe on, I could feel my right shoe getting tighter during the workout so I cut it short. Just really mad at myself and just can't wait to lift again.
