Tougher than I thought it would be as last week was so easy. Was very tired and fatigue was a bigger enemy than the weight itself.
Failed the 5th rep but this is further than I thought I'd get in a short time so not too displeased.
Had nothing left and didn't even raise the bar off the ground for the 2nd rep. Might switch this to day 3 next week.
42.5kg dumbbells: 3 x 8 PR
42.5: 3 x 6 PR as I had never done more than 5 reps at this weight
Side Bends: 25kg: 5 x 12
