Underfeeding - 8 am until 5:30 pm

5 scoops of whey in about 60 ounces of water/coffee.

Night Eating - 5:30 pm until 9pm

5:30 pm - Thin cut beef topped with cheddar cheese

7:30 pm - 2 glasses of veggie juice with pickles

7:30 pm - 2 handfuls raw almonds
