Well past week has been full of excitement and exhaustion. We have been working our asses off on patrols so Im very tired. I did manage to workout Thursday which I did this;

Deadlifts: 315 x5, 365 x3, 405 x1, 435 x1
Clean and Press: 155 x5, 175 x3, 195 x1, 205 x1
Overhead Squat: 135 x5, 155 x3, 175 x1, 195 x1

Today I did this;

Power Cleans: 135 x5, 165 x3, 185 x3, 205 x1, 225 x1
Back Squats: 225 x5, 275 x5, 315 x3, 365 x1, 405 x1
Bench Press: 225 x5, 255 x3, 275 x1, 285 x1 (Stopped here because I didnt have a spotter and felt wornout.

Im pretty tired right now. The past week Ive been carrying basically 100lbs of gear all over the place. Im a MK 48 machine gunner and I have to carry my own rounds. We've seen alot of action so Ive been sprinting and running with all this weight. Ive lost quite a bit of weight so Im ripped right now. My goal now is to preserve my current strength. I dont think any PRs are going to happen at this rate of action.
