I agree with this. Just a long haired guy in makeup wearing women's clothing. Because you "feel like a woman" doesn't mean that you are a woman. You can not change your genetics. Sorry, you can alter an appearance but XY chromosomes will remain XY chromosomes no matter how much surgery you have.
