Yeah Ltl, it's a good bit of kit. I've had zero shoulder problems since using it and I'm probably doing more heavy volume now than before.
Looking back at the workout yesterday, I think next time I'll more than likely do the 3 Boards with a regular grip. I want to use them to increase my workload with the heavier weights. I'll still have the Close Grips on the other day(s) for more thorough tricep strengthening.
Squats and Partial Sumo Deadlifts today, I've already done some stretching and I feel fine from yesterday. My lower back is still causing some pain in some stretches but it's workable. Plan is to do 5-8 singles in the Squat followed by 6 triples in the Deadlifts.
