Steve I think your training plans looks very solid. 6 days a week is a lot but I am sure you can handle it.

Westside can definitely beat you up, I do have a lot of times where I think I need to go light. But making sure I deload every 4th week helps a lot. I also think that conditioning has helped me a lot. My body recovers much better, when I am in good shape. Overall I think I handle the intensity pretty well, just have to be smart about it. A big mistake that people make is trying to go too heavy on DE, you can help your recovery if you are smart about this day.
