Numbers wise. I will be following these guidelines:

Protein intake will be spread evenly throughout the day throughout the entire diet (all meals)

Looks good to me Bam. As I tell my wife, my main priority is to avoid processed foods and eat as close to nature as possible. I don't think you can go wrong with that list, even if you are a higher carb diet.

I admire your dedication to health and nutrition.
