Today's morning bodyweight- 201.6

Hungry as Hell. Off work today, so nothing to keep me busy while I fast. Doing it anyways. I had planned to do some cardio this morning but I'm aching after training yesterday and eating no carbs. I'm going to do something, just not sure what that will be yet.
