Today's post-fast bodyweight- 203
I should be bummed out, shouldn't I? But I'm not. I feel great, I look great, I've cut lots of fat and I'm as lean as I've ever been, period. One reason I feel so great is my awesome run time yesterday. With this current diet I've been able to maintain performance levels, so even if that slows my potential fat loss a bit I'm ok with that.
I'm going to train today, since I didn't get a great workout yesterday. I've got Good Mornings planned, then some more posterior chain work to finish up. It's going to be awesome, to make up for the fact that I haven't lost any weight.
