Training Type: ARGH!!!
Fav Exercise: Bosu kickback pistols
Fav Supp: Crack on a trisket
Between intermediate and advanced on all lifts. Only 4lb from advanced on bench, but just over intermediate on Dead lift, which I'm in the process of changing.
Current PRs at 242- 495, 345, 585, 1425
