I am fat / WD
I am trying to determine if the warrior diet is for me.
I am probably 30 to 35% body fat.
I have made some nice gains in the last six months and would like to not lose too much muscle (however weight loss is important right now)
I know from my past that eating light through the day is possible for me.
I am curious about modifications and supplements that would help with this diet.
And i guess any of your experiences would be of help too.
