I am a firm believer in the theorem, "You will make time for those things you want to do." You have lots of reasons why you can't or haven't trained, the better question is "what can you do?" When you make the time to lift, then you can worry about a routine. My suggestion would be something basic and simple that allows you to work hard but is short and sweet.
