mystro is off to a bad start

Wow i always wondered about this my workout partner use to power lift he's a beast.I've got him by 48lbs and he out lifts me but shorten the rest periods take the reps up 8-12 and he's mine breakfast lunch and dinner, in fact made him bring up his lunch once or twice.But you should see the mature muscle on this guy he could BB any day in fact his bf aint more than 10/11% give or take,he's never done more than 6reps previously.While i never did a one rep max etc both disciplines i say are different and the same i think its ones mindset ultimately that makes the difference.
