What specifically are you doing in training? HOw do you have you calories set up? How much BF are you wanting to drop? What is your starting point at the moment?

i wanna drop about 15 lbs of BF cals in is at 2100 per day

protein 80g way to low

carbs: 200g

fat: 60g


training i am doing the program btb reccomended
