Was playing around with some different technique on these... namely rounding my upper back and arching my lower... meh, think i'll stick to what i know...
Zerchers- close stance- bottoms up- beltless
330x1 Wide stance- belted. PR! This rep was an epic battle, lol. I took a video and its 3:33 long. Several failed attempts then i finally got it. Good stuff
