Ok a quick update:
I have been sick all damn week. I have skipped all workouts up to tonight. I will do the deload of my deadlift and press. I may throw in some light cardio as well. I still feel pretty crappy but i need to get some bloodflow going to hopefully kick whatever I got running through me out of the system.
