That's a keeper.

It goes along with the fact that there is no "bodybuilding bench press form" that is somehow completely different. A bench press is a bench press. You certainly don't need to use leg drive if you don't want, and you certainly don't need a superhuman arch, but you do need proper setup and execution.

Flat bench, arms flared benching is not acceptable. Love your shoulders. They love you.
