Default Danes Taxing Fat...

Body blow for butter-loving Danes as fat tax kicks in | World news | The Guardian

Even though they have one of the lowest rates of Obesity in the world...

Would this work in the USA? (Or will it work there, even)

I'm sorta on the fence about this as we know it's more a battle with over consumption of "Bad" calories (Overly processed food, that spikes insulin and promotes fat storage) than it is a battle of eating fat.

Pretty sure we can all agree that it reinforces the myth of "Eating Fat Makes You Fat", which is something that needs to be debunked and re-examined.

Thoughts?
