Pre Workout: 3 RPM
Peri Workout: 10pro/15cho
Post Workout: 30pro/35cho/10g creatine mono

-Plyo work (Max vertical leap tested at 35")

-Safety Bar Squat: 310 x 5, 280 x 6
-Chins: +44 x 5 x 2
-Glute Ham Raises: +26 x 8 x 2
-Neck work (harness on freedom trainer):
-Extension: 80 x 15, 100 x 15, 115 x 15
-Flexion: 80 x 20, 100 x 20
-Calf raises on freedom: 190 x 8 x 2

Solid workout; looking to get vert near 40" by June. Neck work felt solid, as did chins. I can feel increased bicep strength contributing to the exercise.
