Low volume power routine
Very similar to what I was doing before. Im only training 3 days a week though, 4 days just take too much time away from husbandly/fatherly duties.

conv deads:320x3,360x3,400x3(last set w/belt & straps)
ghetto GHR: 10,8,8
hanging leg raises:6,5
Overall not a bad workout, deads felt like crap except the last set, hanging leg raises were crappy def room to improve here!! Im really gonna work on getting diet dialed in this go around, first order of business: late night pop tart and cookie binges need to cease.
