These are all (mostly) exercises which I used to be very good at a few years ago, not so much any more but I never had issues with lockout back then. So yeah I definitely think there is merit to stuff like this, If I were to narrow that list down to get the most bang for your buck i'd say:
  1. Stiff legged deadlift
  2. Dimel Deadlifts (I would do just an extremely strict RDL, with shoulders pulled right back throughout the set)
  3. Conventional deads off of high pins
  4. Suspended chain good mornings set high and just flexing the glutes - Any kind of Good Morning really. The Arched Back power stance one being my favourite
