strkouts 2010 rippetoes starting strength log
2010 is going to be a great year for me. I plan on using rippetoes starting strength as it is written to up my big 3 lifts.
Alternating ABA BAB each week
Standing OH press- 3x5
Power Cleans- 5x3
I have put my 5RMs for each lift into week 4 of the program so after week 4 i'm going to be setting PR's. With power cleans I need to work on form so I will slowly increase the weight as I feel I can with good form
Cannot wait to start this. I will be lifting Wednesday Friday Sunday.
