Default Crossfit Workouts

Any have resources or links to information on Crossfit-style training?

Wondering primarily if there is some sort of consistent structure to Crossfit-style workouts or if the training is more like the wild west.

This is not for me personally, but for the site over yonder. Looking to put together something for folks interested in exploring Crossfit...
