My arm hurts worse when I train less frequently*
- My girlfriend needs to be "trained".
She wants to train together.
Her form sucks! She will not put focus into something that doesn't have a "carrot" at the end.
Training together all but kills my session for the day.
If I offer to train her she won't train at all.
My choice - My training is compromised or she doesn't train. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!
