And thus we perpetuate the myth that adding muscle while eating big involves becoming a sumo wrestler. Here I am after eating like a complete slob for 8-9 months in college. I drank milk cup after cup for every meal, and stuffed dessert down my pie hole at every opportunity.

Man, did I get fat!
