Thanks Babs!! Yep, I managed to incorporate Hang Cleans (soon to be power cleans), OH squats, and High Pulls into the MAB Powerbuilding Routine. Steve made a comment he thaught I was a natural for oly lifts, so I am making an honest effort to learn them and prove him right.

They sure are a blast
