Alright its my "1" week. Time for PR's on all 4 lifts across the week and a positive outlook for the start of fall.
230X>1(GOT 4) PR
incline bench press:
My right bicep feels a little sore still, but not nearly as bad as it did on Thursday.
Gonna add a 2.5lb plate to the stack next week and pull for 10 to see how it feels.
Notes: Huge PR for push press. I want to say my best previously was 230X2. I feel strong and my body feels good. Time to set a deadlift PR tomorrow
