Well, pretty much did. Lol. I feel pretty beat... last monday was paused bench 260x3 x 4 sets (video coming) followed by close grips 230x5 x 2 sets and other accy work. Thursday did 2 board bench 330x3 x 4 sets folloeed by close grips 235x5 x 2 sets and other accy work. Saturday was 275x3 x 4 sets.

Today is supposed to be bench again =0

Going to go in and do some light dbs and maybe some speed work to get the blood flowing.
