Fav Exercise: Squat, Bench, Dead
Fav Supp: Chicken, Beef, water
Basically what LTL, BTB, and JBizzle aka J_Byrd said, I only compete push/pull but I train all three lifts. Just a bit more emphasis on bench/dead. Above all have fun and remember you are only competing against you!
