Training routine is currently set up:
Monday- paused bench
Thursday- 2 board bench
Friday-deads and upper back
Has been working very well for me... lately me and traphouse86 have been squeezing in some saturday sessions too. I benched heavy 3 times last week and i'm paying the price for it now. Lol. Wrists are shot, elbows hurt, shoulders are a lil tender... taking it easy this week and eating like a mad man to recover.
I'll post my last couple workouts to get things rolling...
