Thanks guys, I am not too worried about keeping it paleo. I just want to stay away from processed crap. My biggest thing on Paleo was just not getting enough calories to gain weight. This is why PB came to mind, but I will check out some of the other spreads too.
I am using more methods from Better Than Steroids really than Paleo. I feel that if you drop carbs as the day goes on you can stay pretty lean while putting on weight. I want to bulk but do not want to go extreme. Slowly gain some weight and see if I can put on some mass.
One other thought is to replace oatmeal with a sweet potato with lots of butter and cinnamon. This may be a better option, since I only like oatmeal when it is full of sugar.
