Josh this routine was really doing great. I'll recover and work my way back into it. May take a while but I'm in no hurry. I broke this ankle 8 years ago and it ended a 1 year long fitness phase I went through.
This time around I know that waiting until my ankle heals to train again is a bad idea so I will do what it takes to keep going. Make sure I keep up my supplements and vitamins along with protien.
I'm actually not doing to bad with the idea of 2 months at home. Not feeling pulled in 10 directions as I can't do everything I'm asked to do for people.
