I've been away for a while, but I'm still hitting the gym two days per week as usual, as you can see above
I'm having a hard time on keeping up the progression, as expected, but I'm still fighting that piece of iron week by week, pound by bound.
I've been a little busy lately (college issues), but I'll be still around updating my log.
