I am going to have to change routines for a while. Going to get on my boat at work this morning I slipped on a metal ramp with a steep decline and broke my right ankle in 2 places. I find out tomorrow about surgery. Er doc said looks to him like plates and screws to fix it.
Will continue as I can on bhtnp , rows and bench along with lay pull downs or curls.
Most likely stay on a 3 day routine but upper body only and as the leg starts getting better I'll have to start over with square .
It sucks but it could have been much worse. I fought myself as I was sliding off the side the ramp and that's. 30 ft drop to ground
