Goals for the year were...

Add 6lbs of muscle: Not checking untill the end of the year
4pps Deadlift: Currently at 385lbs
Lose 10lbs of body fat: Done

Also I have set myself a bench mark of Squatting 40 reps at Body Weight, I have increased strength across the board AND i have noticeably increased the size of my Yoke
