My goals for 2011:

1) Compete. Completed.
2) 600 pound deadlift. Completed.
3) 400 bench. NOT completed. Struggled with strains from heavy raw lifting. Looking to use the RAM to train heavy and beef this lift up.
4) 240 bodyweight. NOT completed. Working on it right now.
