- Bench, CGBP, Skull Crushers, DB Laterals, BB Rows.
- Deads, RDLs, Leg Curls, Calves.
- Squats, Extensions, Leg Press, Calves
- Military, French Press, Prone DB Laterals, Lat Pull Downs.
