BCAA's in the morning, beef salad sandwich (on brown bread), chicken salad sandwich (on brown bread), caramel and chocolate fresh cream cake, 8 tins of lager, paprika chicken and baked potato with salad and cheese, 1/2 family bag of toffee popcorn, 1 snickers bar, 1/2 regular bag of cheetos and about 4 cups of coffee...

Sunday;

tbc, but about 4 cups of coffee (at work), 1 cheese ploughmans sandwich, 1 roast beef diner with proper gravy, mashed (creamed) potatoes, roast potatoes (in duck fat), yorkshire puds, cauliflower, carrots, swede, pease, sprouts... I whey shake, 1 chocolte cake and custard, 4 tins of beer, 1-2 bags of chipsticks and perhaps some ice cream...
