Matt's the guy I've been training since around October last year - he's done a 92.5kg bench, 145kg squat and a 167.5kg deadlift since I started training him. The first and latter he did this week, beating previous PBs with two months off training. Currently got him on WS4SB three times a week, two max effort and one dynamic effort/repetition effort sessions.
