I didn't know you weighed 300, I figured you were in the 260 area.
In theory, a guy who can squat 200kg for 1 rep should manage 20 reps in the 120kg range but lack of conditioning would see them fall well short. I have read in a few places that 20 reps would be 60% of your 1RM. Could be wrong mind.
