Thanks mate, because the ME training doesn't have a great deal of volume (lots of 1 rep sets) I like to make sure I do some higher rep stuff (2 rep sets!) after to get my workload in.

Ah, dammit, I completely forgot to do that or the Green Bay belt motion! I did do another celebratory thing but it's not on video I'm afraid. It does have my psyche up though!
