If you tilt your wrist back and have the bar high in your hand, it'll be behind your forearm. If you **** your wrist forward and keep the bar central in the hand, you'll keep the bar in line with your forearm and thus transfer more power to it. I tried to find a picture to show what I mean but I can't. If you need to, I'll take some tonight when I do speed bench.
