Okay, reworked things a little bit. Getting back to a "normal training format. I'm easing into this, baby steps. Lower weights than I would like, but it is a step in the right direction.
Floor Press ~ I'm new to these.
135x10 225x10 315x5/3/3/3 ~Do to the location of the J-Hooks I am unable to start from these. Bar on the pins, back and arms are flat on the floor, bar is approx an inch and half above the chest. Hence, floor press from zero.
