Are you not liking the MAB Powerbuilding routine Carl? I imagine you may be finding it tough to get to the gym 9 days out of 12. if so, why not just pick the Full Body Powerbuilding routine here at MAB that is 3 Xper week and maybe customize it a bit to suit your needs.
