After a disasterous Powerlifting cycle, I am going to a 3 day a week full body routine to give the body a chance to heal up from the accumulation of injuries...

Wide Grip Bench:
185x8
210x8
225x8

Bent Over Rows:
135x8
155x8
165x8

O/H Press:
135x2x8
145x8

EZ Curls:
95x3x8

Tricep Extensions:
135x8
155x2x8

Squats ATG: (Lower back and hip are killing me)
225x8
25x2x8

One legged Calf raises:
3x15

As much as I hate to admit it I feel old today, hopefully this routine will help me get back some enthusiasm and a bit of size..
