He put the weight on with slow increases in cals post show and maintains at that level. He don't ever go above 20% B/F because its just that much more he has to drop for a show making the cut a LONG cut and sacrifices LBM in doing so. He looks heavey but thats because he gets stupid ripped for shows plus he is over all a BIG boy.. He is a freind of mine and 3DMJ team mate.

I don't know why people think BBer are always ripped. We arn't between shows, but we don't go above 20% eather as a norm. I know people will post some that do but thats fine with me let them. I know thats a select few or a org that is a very lenient band list and they can use harder stuff to get ripped and keep muscle mass.
