Notes
You'll notice that the items in bold were higher then last week. Had quite a bit more strength tonight. Worked out for 1.5 hours and then performed Cardio. Still have enough strength at end of night to push out some higher weights. Body weight is still staying around the same. Hoping the strength gains continue to happen. Have noticed that the arms are looking a little more defined then usual - haven't noticed any size difference. Will take measurements again at end of cycle.
