I have a hard time gaining weight but I would like to get up to 210 and cut down to 198. My fed has a 24hr prior to the meet weigh in so after you weight in you can rehydrate yourself eat etc. Also there is a link to my last week bench workout on youtube if you want to check it out. Byrd is helping me break in a new super katana bench shirt. So all my lifts are painfully slow because im learning the shirt.
