Notes: I stopped at 3 on my AMRAP set to save a little energy for singles. I went in with the attitude that I would be really happy with a 375 pull. I pulled 375 like a speed pull, went to 405 and it flew up too. I had to give 425 a shot, it went up fast and relatively easy. I decided to stop there and gauge knee pain tomorrow. I have a meet coming up on the 27th and I am thinking about opening at 425. Really happy with todays workout.
